common /play\grounds

Formalised in 2023, common /play\grounds is a reciprocal project of workshops, experimental performance and publishing, initiated by yasamin ghalehnoie and sass popoli’s shared search and desire for timescales of belonging and home whether found or still unfound. The collaborative prints respond to the uncertainties of their everyday lives and dotted memories, their respective practices and convergences, and experiences within their bodies; vowels, letters, drawings of moments, fold in paragraphs of steps and notes, pacing common warmth and neighbouring shades. This project was supported and hosted by The Mosaic Rooms + Project Grants of Art Council of England.
